What happens if you can't reach me during my pet's stay?
- Pet Owner who booked with us will be our first point of contact. However, should we be unable to reach you, your nominated emergency contact will be empowered to make all decisions on your behalf including but not limited to medical decisions, care of pet(s), custody of pet(s) e.g., your emergency contact is authorized to check out your pet(s) without additional authorization.
What if neither I nor my emergency contact can be reached?
- If you or your emergency contact is not reachable, please note that Pampered pets shall act in the manner necessary in the interests of your pet under the circumstances.
How do you ensure my pet's safety in emergency situations, such as a fire alert?
- Our facility has established protocols in place to address all safety concerns, including situation like fire alerts. These protocols are designed to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets.
